Central Oregon’s Sportsman’s Show: Enjoy sportsmen’s demonstrations, exhibits and much more at the Sportsman’s show at the Expo Center in Redmond taking place from 3/5/15-3/8/15.  Lots of fun for the family with demonstration such as fly fishing and exhibits on items such as camping gear, and much more!

Hobo Nephews of Uncle Frank: Enjoy live music at McMenamins on 3/5/15.  These Minasota natives focus on a sheer American sound. Event is free for all ages.

Muse Women’s Conference: This 3rd annual event brings women together of all ages to kick off women’s history month. Featuring workshops and presentations to inspire women. Taking place in numerous locations in Bend from 3/6/15-3/8/15

Author! Author! Literary Series:  Join author Ann Patchett on 3/6/15 at Bend High School Auditorium to discuss her books including  The Patron Saint of Liars, Taft, The Magician’s Assistant, Bel Canto, Run, and State of Wonder.

Grin & Bear It Run: Support a local non-profit that provides free 12 point screenings for children ages 0-5 all throughout Central Oregon. This run includes a 5k, 10k and 1 mile family run.  Beginning at the Les Schwabs Amphitheater on 3/7/15.  Kids will enjoy a  family fun area.  All proceeds benefit Healthy Beginnings.

High Desert Lecture Series: Join in on the discussion of the great outdoors of Central Oregon at the High Desert Museum on 3/11/15. Shane Von Schlemp is the key speaker who discusses his recent adventures in the high desert.

St. Patties Shamrock Run: Lace up your running shoes and head to Sisters Athletic Club on 3/13/15 for this annual run. Including a 5k and 10k for an early St. Patrick’s Day celebration.

The Voetberg Family Band: Be musically entertained by this family band on 3/13/15 at the Tower Theater. Family musicians range from the age of 13 to 26 years old.

St. Pattys Day Dash: Celebrate St. Pattys Day early at this 5th annual event support the Kids Center. 3/14/15

Jake Shimabukuro: Enjoy the musical stylings of Jake Shimburkuro.  This Hawaiian native musician will be play at the Tower Theater on 3/15/15

20 Feet from Stardom: This Grammy winning film will be playing on 3/16/15 at the Tower Theater. The movies follow a group of backup singers to the stars.

St. Pattys Day Celebration:  Stop by McMenamins on 3/17/15 to enjoy food, a pint and live music. 5 groups will be performing at this afternoon and evening long celebration.

March Nature Night: Enjoy this free presentation at the Tower Theater on 3/18/15.  Featuring a discussion by Suzanne Fouty about wolves, beavers, fire and logging.

Monster X Tour: Get ready to rev your engines at the Deschutes County Fair Grounds from 3/20/15 – 3/21/15.  This monster truck tour will get Central Oregonians’ blood pumping! Including monster trucks, freestyle motocross and pro-mini monsters.

High Desert Music Chamber Series: This month’s chamber series features the Central4 Piano Quartet on  3/20/15. Musical program includes music by Motzart and Brahms.

Rodrigo Y Gabriela in Concert: Internationally acclaimed acoustic guitarist comes to the Tower Theater on 3/21/15.

Sunriver Mudslingers: Kick off the spring season with some mudslinging! This event supports many south county charities including Sunriver Fire Department, Sunriver Police, La Pine ROTC, and La Pine Rely for Life. This 1.5 mile race takes place on 3/22/15 and begins at HOLA!
