July is chalk full of events from free concerts, festivals, the fair and baseball games!

Bend Elks Baseball: Enjoy America’s favorite pastime! Numerous games throughout the month of July. Kids get in free on Wednesdays!

2015 La Pine Frontier Days:  Kick off the 4th of July weekend at La Pine’s annual Frontier Days from 7/2 – 7/4.  Events include Rodeo, Parade, live music, and much more. Fun for the whole family!

Spark Your Heart 5k Walk: Run for heart disease on 7/4 at the Riverbend Park. 5k race and kids 5k/1 mile races.

Old Fashioned July 4th Festival: Bring the family downtown for an old fashioned 4th of July. Start the day off with a pancake breakfast in Drake Park. Enjoy the pet parade along the streets of Downtown Bend proceeded by family events and games in Drake Park.

Free Concert Sundays: Enjoy Free concerts at the Les Schwab Amphitheater provided by BMC concerts include:

Turf Tunes: Grab a lawn chair and enjoy music at the John Gray Amphitheater at Sharc. From 5 pm – 7 pm at night on Sunday nights. Fun for the whole family! Performers include:

7/19/15 – The rock Bottom Boys
7/26/15 – Code Red

Sheryl Crow: Pop and Country star, Sheryl Crow stops by the Les Schwab Amphitheater on 7/6 to wrap up the 4th of July weekend. Listen to Sheryl perform songs over her 20 year career!

Alive After 5: Free live music in the Old Mill District.  Listen to music and grab food, wine, spirits and beer from Worthy Brewing. A great way to end “hump day.” Taking place every Wednesday starting on 7/8/15.  Performers include:

Death Cab for Cuties: This alternative rock band is performing at the Les Schwab Amphitheater on 7/9.

Bend Summer Festival:  Downtown Bend will be thriving again with another amazing festival including: Free Concerts, Art, Kids fun and food vendors taking place on 7/10-7/12

Faith, Hope & Charity Vineyards: Food, music and a beautiful setting! What more can you ask for in July. Some performers include:

Tour Des Chutes: 11th Annual Tour Des Chutes will take place on 7/11. Participants can choose to run/walk or ride. Race begins at the High Lakes Elementary School. Ride lengths include 7 miles to 100 mile races.

Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show: 40th Anniversary of the Sisters Quilt Show will take place on 7/11 in Downtown Sisters. The show includes numerous handmade quilts, activities, and quilt action.

Lyle Lovett: Country star Lyle Lovett will be coming to the Les Schwab Amphitheater on 7/12. Performing music from his 14 albums and decards long career in music.

John Mayall in Concert: Blues performer John Mayall will be coming to the Tower Theater on 7/13.

Deschutes Dash: 12th annual race will take place on 7/18.  With numerous race options including the triathlon, duathlon, young triathlon, and 5k run.  In addition, there will be a kids Splash and Dash run.

Psish: 2 days of performances by Psish at the Les Schwab Amphitheater on 7/21 & 7/22.

2015 Cascade Cycling Classic: 36th Annual Cascade Cycling Classic. Bringing cyclists to Central Oregon from 7/22-7/26.  Numerous races from pro races, amateur races and kids races will take place over this 4 day event.

2015 Peaks Summer Night Concerts: The Athletic Club of Bend hosts their annual Peak Summer Nights Concerts with Melissa Ethridge performing on 7/22.

Balloons over Bend: Balloons over Bend is here again! Watch balloons take flight over our beautiful city and enjoy a children’s festival with bounce house, bubble pools and much more. Proceeds benefit Saving Grace.  The festival takes place from 7/24-26

Pink Martini: Enjoy music by Pink Martini on 7/25 at the Les Schwab Amphitheater.

Deschutes County Rodeo & Fair: It is fair time again! Whether you will be watching the rodeo, riding a roller coaster, playing fair games or listening to concerts the fair is a great time for all. Taking place from 7/29-8/2 at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds.

Hinder: Coming to the Deschutes County Fair on 7/29 for a free concert. Tickets can be picked up at participating McDonalds.

Martina McBride: Coming to the Deschutes County Fair on 7/30/15. Country star Martina McBride will grace the Deschutes Expo stage with a live performance. Tickets are available at participating McDonalds.
